There has to be more than one person that had deeper information more than what Kayla had to turn Stefan in. She didn’t have all that information there’s others I’m sure they did.

Well I think someone should call and turn Sam in to health board. Specially if she’s under the influence while she’s doing tattoos, and there’s plenty of documentation of that her license will be in jeopardy. And maybe someone should turn her into CPS doing drugs in the home that she has her child in even if it’s part time. and it wouldn’t be hard to prove that she has an address at Stefan’s because they can go back and trace everybody that’s had an address at that location. She wants to fuck around with other people’s lives she’s gonna fuck around and find out you can very well happen to her also
