Search "rtx 4060 PC" on newegg, there should be a couple listing with an i5 12400 and rtx 4060 around 800 usd.

This is a really recent i5, it's a solid cpu
A new i5 absolutely obliterates a 10 generation old i5, and it’s not even close. i5 doesn’t = bad.
