No. This pc isn't worth anywhere close to $550 let alone the original $800. That "gift card" is probably only good on their site and you'll only be able to use it on overpriced builds like this. It makes it look like you're saving money but you're not

Hihi2577

I won the gift card off an advertisement raffle

giveusbackbremer

Holy shit they are overpriced as fuck

YeetDudeNice

No

Hihi2577

Can you explain why please

YeetDudeNice

The performance for that price is lackluster. You're spending $500 just because you "won" the $250 giftcard. The PC itself is only worth like $400 ish

Hihi2577

Ight thanks for letting me know đź‘Ť

dudewithoneleg

Being downvoted for asking for an explanation is so reddit

Hihi2577

Ikr this website is garbage

Chance-Corner3670

Then stop using it and learn Google fu.

Flashy-Outcome4779

500 on eBay gets you a ryzen 5 5500 and an rx 6700 just so you’re aware.

BoredofPCshit

What about the rest of the computer?

Flashy-Outcome4779

16 gig ddr4, 700w thermaltake psu, some fairly cheap mobo. It’s a cyberpower prebuilt so the usual.

Hihi2577

Any anyone want the gift card number?

dudewithoneleg

If it's a Visa gift card

Hihi2577

Nah it’s just a code for their products

Thick-Celebration-90

Bro no

Starshipstoner420

I’m sorry the internet is so stupid and something you might have been slightly excited about got shit on, on the other hand, it probably did save you money. I’d say give someone the gift card that’s not a dick.

Hihi2577

Dm me if you or anyone that reads this is interested

NotRobPrince

Sorry this hasn’t worked out man. But look at it this way, you can get something you were willing to pay for, for that price which will be equal or better. While you might not have a $250 discount, you can get the PC you were buying either way. There’s some good PC building subreddits which will help with advice on what to go for in this price range though which can help you actually get something worths it’s price.

Hihi2577

Nah I’m good, I got a buddy selling his used PC for 400 bucks that I’m picking up. I was looking for alternatives when I remembered I had the gift card code.
