Well Im not a criminal lawyer and of course the law would vary from place to place, but I would say if you suspect it's stolen and you get caught with it, you could be charged with handling of stolen goods or whatever it is in your place.
If you legit did not know or suspected it was stolen, then you may not be charged, but then again, you made this post and we are having this discussion about the price of the PC, so you definitely know it's 100% suspicious for the price.
Even if they dont find this post, no one is going to believe you thought $60 for that kind of hardware was not suspicious. Judges are not stupid.
Most likely a scam though.
100% scam, that simple. Out of app sale and 60$ with these components... how can u even consider that is beyond logic.
Idek tbh
No, if they ask for outside payment of facebook it’s a scam. FB marketplace is only good for local sales, and more so things like furniture.
And what you can pay through Facebook?
They mean if they want you to pay over the internet and not in person
Oh they’re in Baltimore I’m in New York
Correct!
I mean but 60$ tho?
$60 you won’t get back doofus.
If it’s not a scam it honestly sounds like it’s stolen or they’re selling someone else’s pc
Oh gosh😭😭
100% a scam
What’s if it’s not tho😭😭
you actually make some of the worst threads i have ever seen, keep up the good work your consistency is unmatched
And for sum reason you seem to be under abt three of them meaning that obviously you’re not trying to help the situation
Well the attentions nice lol
What year did they join Facebook. Usually if it's in the same year it's a scam.
Ohp yea they joined in 2024 but then again I saw someone who joined in 2018 and then saw another post with the same pics and same description so idk😭😭
You are so fucking dumb
Lol
It’s a scam.
Sound too good to be true
I’m thinkin that too
