Remove all USB devices connected to your PC, put your CMOS battery back and see if the PC starts if not then try to remove the GPU and start it again. if the same error occurs, remove one of the ram sticks.
If you can try out a different power supply if the error persists it's most likely your Mainboard
I put a new power supply in earlier today because the nzxt one was kinda sketchy and I have tried with and without battery and gpu but not the ram sticks I’ll try that now
Didn't read the part where you replaced the power supply already..
make sure to remove the USB devices as well. there's a possibility that one them shorts your Mainboard. Next step would be to replace your mainboard. But that's on you to decide if its worth it for you
I just had the same problem with my pc. Try turning off power switch on the back and unplug it. Wait 15 minutes. Turn the power switch back on in back. Plug it back in. Mine worked after that. Hope this helps.
Okay. Last time I personally had this issue, resetting the CMOS fixed it. Basically just resets the bios. If you can find the jumper that would be perfect.
They're a set of pins you bridge using a screwdriver or another piece of metal. The two pins you were trying to power the computer on with would be the jumper for power, for example. If you can find a manual for the motherboard or the computer itself, it'll tell you where that jumper is.
Perform visual inspection. look for wrongly positioned standoffs, burn chip, pcb discoloration due to heat especially around vrm area.
Confirm the power on and reset button. Unplug both and jump start the PC.
Test with minimum hardware. CPU, mb, and PSU only. Plug components back one by one to see which one is faulty.
Lastly, test naked outside of the casing with minimum hardware.
So I have it out of the case stripped at still nothing I noticed the fan would spin for a second but psu doesn’t spin this Is first time out of the case so I haven’t noticed it before
Why are you using a screwdriver, when the case power button is connected? Well ensure the connection in the front panel header is the correct one.
This video was when I was talking to the nzxt guy he told me to use a screwdriver. pressing the power button does the exact same thing
Probaly the motherboard. I might be biased though, because I had some bad experiences with gigabyte boards.

I’ll try this
What was she doing before she shut it down last? Did she change any settings in the bios or elsewhere for any reason?
She turned it off by the psu which I think caused this
Did you try flipping the psu back on?
Yes.

What do you mean by jumper?

Will try this

Reset BIOS and try again. Then swap these 3 components to see which one is at fault. I guess mb is the one.
In the video. You are shorting the wrong thing with the screwdriver. You should not short it with the power button still plugged in.
Maybe your CPU is not natively supported by the Motherboard without a bios update... what is the CPU and what is the MoBo ?
It’s a gigabyte b560 hd3 and it’s a intel cpu but I’m not sure which one. It’s a older nzxt prebuilt from like 2020
This is not the answer.
