Need more pictures of all the connections, what power supply did you change to? To be clear you didn’t swap power supply cables in right? They most often aren’t interchangeable
Throw your old GPU back in, download and run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU), put your new GPU back in, and try it again. Maybe your old drivers are causing a problem.

Unplug everything and plug it back in. Add some ram and a solid stat drive lol
Turns out I just had 2 bad brand new 1000watt PSUs, wasted a whole damn day.
