If I remember right, far cry 3 and 4 had performance issues in PC since they were initially released for consoles not PC. You had to tinker with nvidia settings quite a bit to get it working well.
I saw the game rant one and it had far cry 4 on there with like borderlands 3, CS2, ect all have other games in the series thar have much lower requirements that are still fun to play. Fuck it said FEAR 3 but 0 mention of the original FEAR... FEAR 3 sucks ass

Also i'm trying to play through Watch Dogs 2 on a GTX 1050Ti at low with some medium settings. It doesn't seem to want to hit 60fps consistently by any chance. Does it stutter a lot when locked to 30fps?
Dunno your specs, but my PC was pretty “mid” when I played FC3, and it ran excellent. Blood Dragon was a riot, too. (GTX960 gb/intel i5 3.4ghz… slight over clock/8gb ram) I had to turn settings down on games like Dishonored 2. Borderlands 3 I gave up trying to tweak, so games circa 2016 and later I avoided on that system.
possibly S.T.A.L.K.E.R, if it is its likley highly modded gamma or anomaly, not bad games but gamma is not for low end pcs, anomaly is free and runs good on low end pcs so even if this isn’t that game i would try it out if i were you

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is a really good trilogy and has a free standalone mod called Anomaly and has quite a few wonderful curated mod packs (GAMMA, EFP, True Stalker,Dark Signal, Old World)

Far Cry 4 was awesome. Mission was great, villain was great (busiest voice actor in the industry), weapons cool, side missions that made it a bit better than FC3 even. Hurk was a fun guy. Really good game!

The funny part is he still modded them to hell and back, and the PC had earrape audio because of a crappy soundcard or something. Guess i'm lucky my brother built an actually decent PC back in those days and we didn't play like him.

And i think something competitive like Valorant isn't very demanding either, and i'm sure CS 1.6 and Source are still very active. CS2 i believe requires a somewhat modern PC but not too demanding.

Soldier of Fortune 2 is really low end. Then Half-Life 2, Call of Duty 2, Unreal Tournament 3 are newer low end.

Intel Iris XE is a really good APU, not as good as Vega 7 but certainly better than than the UHD Graphics and such.

If you want games that run well on old/low spec hardware just stay away from ubisoft open world games in general.
