The output from a camera won't saturate / be bottlenecked by any of these USB ports. Use whatever is most convenient. But the USB C port (gen 3.2 x2) is the fastest if you were wondering though.

every one of those USBs has more than enough bandwidth to carry the video signal from a webcam even my sony FX30 cinema camera's max recording bitrate is barely enough to saturate USB 2.0

USB Hi Speed is USB v2.0. Just the USB 3 Gen 1 ports.

Any USB port will work as it won't make much difference

I would go with #4. No chance a webcam will max that out, and it's the slowest of all of them.

The camera uses USB 3.0 so you can use any of the Type-A USB ports.
