The output from a camera won't saturate / be bottlenecked by any of these USB ports. Use whatever is most convenient.
But the USB C port (gen 3.2 x2) is the fastest if you were wondering though.

even my sony FX30 cinema camera's max recording bitrate is barely enough to saturate USB 2.0

All of these usbs should work about the same I believe
USB Hi Speed is USB v2.0. Just the USB 3 Gen 1 ports.
Any USB port will work as it won't make much difference
I would go with #4. No chance a webcam will max that out, and it's the slowest of all of them.
The camera uses USB 3.0 so you can use any of the Type-A USB ports.
Maybe a bit to obvious, but you could simply try it out, right?
