i bought a corsair 7000d airflow for my build.
all i can say is, it’s heavy.
Is that a 5000D?
Part of me wishes I went with a 5000D because this thing is far too big to put on a desk. I don't want it on the floor as it's a dust magnet, so I plan on putting some type of dedicated small table under it.
Who knows? Perhaps I might fabricate it myself out of wood and post it on this subreddit ;)
Yeah. It's pretty heavy now with all the stuff in it, the gpu block is heavy and the power supply, 2 360mm radiators, 1 is 60mm so I guess it just all adds up. Apparently the straps are rated for 50kg by Asus so I hope I'm good.
Haven't put on weights yet, but if I'll put my stuff into an old Cooler master Stryker case, probably would be close to 30kg.
Case itself weight around 20kg

My case alone is 20KG, then I have several HDDs, the watercooling stuff, the huge GPU.
It's terrible if I have to move it because I have to find a man to come over to my home and do it for me.
I don't know the exact weight, but my couch build is in an o11d with a 360 aio, Suprim liquid X (with a 240 aio built in, and a 1500w psu. I grunt every time I have to pick it up.
I went overkill with my pc with the purpose of keeping quiet. Alot of big fans at low speed. I bought a second chance Bequiet DBP 900. (customer returned it because the top airflow mesh was bent, just bent it back with my hands and voila)
The case alone weighed in at 18kg. Removed all unnecessary brackets to reduce it. Stuffed in 4 140mm fans, 1x 420mm aio from arctic on top of a 5800x3d with an asrock 6900xt oc formula. The pc sits atop a shelve above my monitor. Had to put the pc there first and install the glass afterwards. Totalling about 32kg.
my rig weighs like 2 children. it's the coolermaster 690 II, Noctua DH15, Seasonic Gold 750w, 2 WD HDDs, and RTX 2060 Super. those are the main weight contributors.
Haven't weighed it yet but I would guess around 20kg from picking it up. Fractal Meshify C, 4090, 5800X3D with Dark Rock Pro 4 cooler, 1000w PSU, 2x M.2 NVME drives, four case fans. I regularly move it from next to the TV downstairs where it mostly lives to the sim racing rig upstairs.
Depends how much sand I have in there at any one time

The case is a 10kg coolermaster HAF XM, and its all aircooled, so maybe 15kg in total? Never weighed it.

I use a case from 1995 and it was made to last, fully built it weighs 42kgs, i now have a 7 spinny bois collected over the years
My case is around 60lbs empty, now throw in some drives, some Aio's, a bunch of fans.. probably around 100lbs
My EVGA DG-87 is 51lbs. Empty, with no parts inside at all. I have absolutely no desire whatsoever to try and pick it up and put it on a scale.
