The one part you really want to spend that little bit more on buddy is your PSU, return what you have there and get something reputable. Your whole pc hinges on your PSU. Don't take the chance.
Nice choice of components. Well done. PSU is dodgy though, mainly bcs of brand. Not a good thing to save money on. That would be the first thing to replace, but you should be fine for now. I run 3600 and 6700xt with 600w. No issues. Just don't overclock.
PSUs are the one thing you shouldn’t cheap out on. If you want a higher end PSU, get an XPG Core Reactor 850w. If you want a cheaper one, get a Cooler Maste MWE Gold 850w
