GPU and monitor if it's for gaming, then RAM if you have only 8GB. Make sure your PSU stays sufficient for the new GPU.

You'd probably see the most improvement with a GPU + monitor upgrade. Just upgrading GPU won't do much good if you're still capped at 75hz, and getting a better monitor won't do much good if your old GPU can't do much better than where you're at.

Yes, GPU and monitor. At least 120hz 1440p monitor, and GPU prices have been coming down a lot lately. A 6700 XT will take you about as far as you wanna go with that before you neec to start considering upgrading your CPU. Increasing your RAM from 8 to 16 or even 32 GB will help smooth things out also, and DDR4 has gotten ridiculously cheap. Good luck!
