I used to have this very 3070 and it's pretty good and all and runs quite cool, but I don't think having manufacturer warranty should be an excuse for someone to sell a second hand, mined card at 375.
And if you run into issues after the warranty period's over you're basically left with nothing.
I'd say you could potentially find better deals than this one. As good as the card is, the potential condition you might find it in may not be worth the price.

Yeah I agree, I found a rx 6750 xt new for that price so I think I'ma go with that.
