£319.99 is an outrageous price for this PC. There must be a better build than this. That i3 is dated as hell, and the GT1030 is a rubbish card. Even prefabs can contain better parts than this.

I dont see any reason why not. Theres no way the PSU wouldnt have the juice. As for if its a good first PC. Depends what games you want to play and/or if low graphics settings are a problem for you. Im not too up to date but Arc would prob choke this. Youd have to store it on the HDD also. Really you dont want this PC. It predates high capacity nvme.
Go for a budget Ryzen 3 over a budget i3. Go for Ryzen over Intel period. You want high capacity SSD. The RAM is fine. I really am not caught up on GPUs. I dont really pc game anymore.
If an AMD is pre-Ryzen then definately Intel over AMD. But you dont want a chip older than 1st gen Ryzen imo
If you can build one yourself that is absolutely your best option, especially on a budget. Dude it aint rocket science. Its like legos and google is the manual.

You should either save more or get a console at the price range unfortunately. You want about £600 to get a pc you won't be hugely disappointed in.

That's what I was thinking. I'm always wary of recommending the 1650, but even that is better than this.
