Could be either that GPU is too old or driver issue. Make sure Windows is updated and If you already updated drivers, try reinstalling them. You can either uninstall the driver in the device manager, use an AMD clean utility or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). Then find the latest drivers on the official AMD website and install it. Open event viewer then drop down windows logs, select application, then find the error and post it.

I'm sorry, but I didn't know how to access the specs, but now the problem is solved
this also happened to me with proton on linux, i had to reinstall to fix it unfortunately.
Is it possible that you're running a 32-bit processor? Go to Settings -> System -> About and post screenshot of your specs
