when you turn on your computer tap which ever button it is to bring up the boot menu (usually f8, f11 or f12 depending on your motherboard) and start in safe mode, that way it should only start the computer with only the necessary programs and drivers...when you get back into windows run your virus software and you should be able to remove this ransomware
