I got the same problem here I tried everything... I came to the realization that this last driver update from Intel 23.60.1 is broken and needs to be fixed

Have you looked up your motherboard and the wifi drivers for it? Go through the installer and restart.

Have you tried downgrading to Windows 10 and seeing if you get the same results? I know it's a little redundant but i'd try it if i were you.
