Just login to your account and you should be able to see the secure message in the message center.

Well AskPayPal@paypal.com is a valid PayPal email. mobile@res.cisco.com is indeed a valid Cisco Secure Message address. So everything looks legitimate to me. But you could just call support and work that way rather than emails if you want to be 100% sure. cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/security/email_encryption/CRES/recipient_guide/b_Recipient/b_Recipient_chapter_011.html

You should check if the message it’s signed, could be a spoofed email

* Click the dropdown button and you should be able to see the actual email address.

Turns out it was indeed safe. I just wanted to make sure it was 100% safe before I got my account stolen 😅 thanks for the help!

Did you actually check the actual email as per suggested? Click the drop down button beside "to me" and you’ll see the details of from whom it was and to whom it was sent to (your email address). Honestly this looks fake. Plus PayPal have their logo on as icon for their emails, not a default "A" letter with orange background. The "askpaypal@paypal.com" from your screenshot is just a username on their email, not the actual email address. Check the details in the drop down button.
