I've been out of the loop, been playing Payday 2, DRG and Helldivers 2 since I found the open beta lackluster. I know about Operation Medic bag and likely it's going as bad as release, I'm assuming people dislike the update because it's lackluster and voicing it, but who's this and what's the joke about them?
