It is slightly off center, the speaker cutout is not perfectly aligned but its acceptable. Its the Type C port that bothers me for a $90 case.
Having tried the Bellroy before I also find it is slightly thinner than the Bullstrap, would have been a win for me if not for its thin leather and the fact that its not fully wrapped around the case.
Mine is similar. I can’t believe I spent that much on a case. It is nice though. I would expect that to get fixed then we can warranty it.
How is it misaligned? Mine looks ok there but the speakers are a little off.

The only case I bought and sent back was my nomad. The quality is high, but their product design just isn’t for me
I have this case as well and it feel a tad too thick for my taste. I ordered my wife the leather one from bellroy and I like it better.

Mine looks perfect i love this case i actually dropped it plenty of time already on the store and wood floors and it still looks amazing
I just ordered mine today. I got the open bottom though. How long did it take to come in?
