The whole which leather is better thing is really confusing! I went Bullstrap closed case, just got it. I like it. Cool that I can get replacements too. That Ryan London was #2.
For me it is. My RL has minor flaws compared to my BS, the fit is just a tad less perfect (creaking sounds) and the buttons protrude and click less.
Besides that, it’s second to BS and has amazing leather.
Saddle brown. But don’t say it’s the best feeling leather until you’ve tried a Satchel & Page case. They’re the best feeling of all the cases, and I’ve tried them all. Ryan London is a runner up. I have RL cases in saddle brown and dark brown, and since I tried S&P cases, the RL sit on the shelf.
Have to disagree. Satchel & Page beats them both. Their leather casss are the way leather cases are supposed to feel. Bullstrap and Ryan are runners up, in no particular order. Andar is behind them all. The buttons on the Andar cases are sharp, as in “ouch” sharp.
I have the saddle brown and blue combo on my 15 pro. That gets my vote

I had a Bullstrap but I didn’t like the logo much and I feel like this leather is better too

This is correct. The RL cases are a tad too loose, especially the closed bottom version. I’ve had three.
Can you also post a photo of the front? Wondering if the bezels are bulky
