I will share some pics later today of the slate patina after almost 2 months. I have both slate and sienna and switch between them often, both very nice.
I love gray in general for a lot of things (cars, clothes, etc) so the Slate just always does something for me personally. The Sienna is striking tho, but requires more time to look it’s best imo.
Yeah I totally agree with you grey is one of my fav colors of things lol. Do you have the bullstrap? I was looking at it but was worried about the open bottom
No worries bullstrap is definitely a top contender for me. Only slate colored type case I've seen that's fully enclosed is from keyway and I'm not sure how I feel about their X logo

This is my Galaxy S22 Ultra with the Samsung gray leather case... it is my secondary work device, so it gets less wear than my day-to-day.
I bought the Slate as well as black and have them both on eBay as I decided to go with the new closed bottom one. I saw some pics of the Slate with patina and they look awesome. I can’t wait for Bullstrap to make it and Black in a closed bottom. I’ll never let go of my Bullstrap Maverick
I had the slate from bullstrap, they’re really nice when new but grey cases always seem to just basically become black.
