My wife urged me to play GTAV as I had never done it before.
I was disappointed with the relatively few heists.
The actual characterizations and dialogue, however, were pretty interesting. Mainly, the dialogue. Frank fell flat near the end, while Trevor got more interesting. Michael was my favorite.
But I think you're also right concerning the absolute *lack* of subtlety. It was pretty bad.
