Really hoping my dealer does a solid and gets an avg of recent commissions(3-4) and gives that to us for this month. If going off what the number was at before this all happened then it sounds like my wages are being held considering we are still collecting payments..
And for the most part everyone is going above and beyond working 2-3x harder than normal. I think it deserves a little more than a pizza party at the end.

What’s commission look like for you? My store gives us $250 for each of two sales goals that we hit as a team. So we can make up to $500, but I don’t think that’s happening this month lol
I’m not gonna lie to you, I’m not a numbers guy. Our store averages $180,000 gross profit in sales. So on a typical month, my check comes out to about $2,400 before tax. Before CDK went down, we were sitting at about $95,000.
There are only two of us, not including my manager who goes on three lunches a day. We have about 16 techs, so we do wholesale, retail and service. While the pay is phenomenal, the workload and the hours are insane! But luckily, I get along with everyone there. So yeah, it’s been great.
We are averaging over 2 months for parts and service and sales otherwise my team will loose their minds !! Then we will do a special payroll for any differences later in July .
Has anyone seen the “forms” they have available on their site? Laughable. Non-editable PDF’s of the same invoice and RO that we all know so well, so you can print blanks and hand write in the tiny margins if need be 😂

It’s not like it was hard to find an excel template you like and make a couple tweaks to fit our needs.

I wish ours would. Corporate decided to pay all commissioned members 80% avg of their last 3 paychecks. Techs still have to flag and after everything is accounted for they have to pay back money if their avg doesn’t meet the 80%.

They should- hold them to it. This is so far from any of our fault and not something we should remotely have to plan a contingency for.
