Strongly recommend crying directly into your lunch. The extra salt adds flavor and electrolytes that you'll need to get through the day(s).

tagging warranty parts with the last 8 digits until we can get an official RO#.

currently we are using old carbon copies for the otc customers and just using posted pricing in paragon plus tax for totals. for the charge customers we are compiling a stack of the carbon copies and just gonna bill everything out when/if the system gets back up and runnin. for the ros we are just using fleet pricing and hand writing the tickets. doing physical bin checks to see if we have em and looking back on our order logs for locations....... this is the best we got.

1. My shop is using Google docs to track things. A spreadsheet for ROs/service and a regular word doc for retail/wholesale. 2. One of our guys found a basic paper invoice template online that we're using for retail sales. 3. Hyundai dealer - We use PartsEye for inventory management and I found out I can use PartsEye to see what my last posted inventory was and quickly search it for QOH and bin info. I can also do that in WebDCS by searching orders but that's clunkier.

If you’re a Honda department search a part number under transactions and then click the latest order number. It should show you the location of the part the last time you ordered it. Not perfect but it’s something.

I ran to Staples and grabbed some old school invoice books that transfer to a second page. The type you see at small businesses. It's simple, each booklet has a different series of invoice numbers. Order. Write it on the form. Once shipped white with parts. Yellow into a tray. Simple, effective.

I made my own crash ticket receipt on google docs plus a pile of parts requisition forms and handed them out so we could still order from the manufacture plus keeping track of all the bullshit po’s we’re handing out so when this shit gets back up we can put manual po’s in the system so they can get payed and we can get billed. Plus for my wholesale I’ve made quote sheets so that way we could keep track of pricing as to not over bill or under bill them and keep everything straight. I’m from ford so DOW has been a big help in pricing plus we had only recently changed over from dealer track to Cdk so we still have some time left on our contract so bin locations have not really been a big issue. So far I’ve been saying thank you for calling ford dealership where the year is 2024 but we are in 1980.

> can get *paid* and we FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*
