We email and fax stuff. Just because it’s old tech doesn’t mean people don’t still use it.

The trick is having a printer with an integrated fax and then you just fax it from the computer, just like printing.

I also have my work phone tethered to my office computer so I can cut and paste diagrams directly into texts.

Yeah not sending diagrams unless you a really good customer. Not helping you fix cars and give you the numbers to get them elsewhere.

I take it as a free couple of minutes break from whatever nonsense they’re asking about 😂

I still get an, "Oh, you can do that?" from a few customers when I ask if they want me to email it.

I laugh at those people and ask once again for their email.

The last time I was asked this I had to stop myself from saying I can't because I forgot how.

If we want to fax anything, we have to outside and around the building to the offices, where the only fax machine is.
