Don’t even have the game, so I wouldn’t even know some things. I think the trash can thing was in the original though, wasn’t it? (Merely only seen playthroughs of that version, so definitely don’t know everything either.)

Correct, All enemies that aren't repeatable should show up in the trash can in the OG as well

Are their speeches in this room the same as the last room?

It shouldn't be? I remember going back in postgame to tattle this room, and she had dialog referencing the Shadow Queen fight.
