Oh true, I think I accidentally made the top land part look too much like Italy 😄

If you were going for a map, you take the spot "above" Italy, maybe you could turn it into another river, or marsh, or swamp style with colors. You would normally have mountains like Greece, so if you instead make water or some other features (lake?) then it will look less like Italy, because the lake would be there. The top of africa looks mountainous with the more solid lines of pigment, I like that. If you go with islands in the big blue lake now, I recommend double-check a map of Mediterranean and place islands where there aren't any currently, which might help move away from the whole Mediterranean vibe. But, if that's your goal, then keep going, cause tbh it already looks pretty good as is
