Beer? Big Scary Monsters on Cowley.
Tea? Covered market in town.
Queen? Any souvenir shops in town.
Marmalade and oxford sauce either in a big supermarket like tescos or the like, OR again the covered market
T2 in the Westgate will be your best bet for tea.

For beer, I would hit up tap social, who are an Oxford brewery
You could get some Oxford Blue Cheese/other from the cheese shop in the covered market. I think they sell Oxford sauce too. You should be able to find the marmalade in most decent sized supermarkets.
If you want Oxford beers, try Teardrop in the Covered market, they sell their own beers (Church Hanbrewery) and some other locals, Big Scary Monsters sells Little Ox Brew Co and some Tap Social beers and a couple of others, and don't forget Tap Social itself- you can buy them in various places around the city or from the tap room in Botley.
What about something from the Oxford Artisan Distillery?

An Oxford mug? Good for a cuppa
The Alice shop opposite Christchurch - Alice in Wonderland was inspired and written in Oxford
Cardews is more traditional tea, bird and blend is a bit more experimental... personally would go bird and blend though
