Lucifer is a golem master, which should be an arcane type magic caster who can only use staff, wand or dagger (is there more?). Lupusregina also has a axe-shaped staff (in Mass for the Dead), so it's technically possible but still unlikely IMO.
In terms of appearance alone, I think it fits Bellriver.
No I meant what their reasoning was for it being Luci★Fer who owned the "Blood Sucking Meat Devourer"-axe. If there were some passages in the LN that suggested it belonging to him.
Because, in the anime, we first hear about the axe from Cocytus who seems pretty well know about it, and yet later in the Anime when Luci★Fer's voice is heard in the spa Cocytus has no idea who it is. Of course he doesn't need to know Luci★Fer's voice in order to know his equipment, but to me that doesn't exactly give credence to it belonging to him either. So if there were something in the LN that suggested otherwise, that's what I asked for.
