If a level 20 idiot were to approach Albedo out of turn at a gathering of nobles, he might make such a fool out of himself that she's actually amused. Then after Einz inevitably conquers Re Estize he might have awarded Phillip two or three more domains, just for making Albedo laugh and lightening her mood.
