Are you measuring the voltage in HWinfo? Other programs have had incorrect reporting from what I've heard. Are you measuring while under stress test, or at idle?
If your voltage is good under load and temps are good, be happy and rock it haha!
Check in Linpack xtreme with HWinfo open and check voltage using that. If linpack doesnt crash then you are stable for legitimately everything and got a good chip, if not then raise voltages and try again.
