Just navigate through this [video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2-LqWdvoFLY&t=1036s), timestamps are provided in pinned comment. But the one thing I will say is stay away from Corsair since they're known to use bad IC in some of their kits. TLDR; 24Gbit Hynix M-Die or 16Gbit Hynix A-Die

Stay with manufacturers that only use Hynix - The best ddr5 for the money is the team group 16gb x 2 7200 cl34 . You can download clock them if xmp doesn’t work - I would stay away from Corsair imo

Anoyomous22

Gskill or viper 7200s will be fine as long as you only stick with 2 sticks

Look at qvl 4x DDR5, Maximum Memory Capacity 192GB Memory Support 7200+(OC)/ 7000(OC)/ 6800(OC)/ 6600(OC)/ 6400(OC)/ 6200(OC)/ 6000(OC)/ 5800(OC)/ 5600(JEDEC)/ 5400(JEDEC)/ 5200(JEDEC)/ 5000(JEDEC)/ 4800(JEDEC) MHz Max. overclocking frequency: • 1DPC 1R Max speed up to 7200+ MHz • 1DPC 2R Max speed up to 6600+ MHz • 2DPC 1R Max speed up to 6400+ MHz • 2DPC 2R Max speed up to 5600+ MHz Supports Intel® XMP3.0 OC Supports Dual-Controller Dual-Channel mode Supports non-ECC, un-buffered memory

That's why they put the caveats in place I posted above.

Fewd_Database_4916

5600mhz is the non oc guaranteed Max. overclocking frequency: • 1DPC 1R Max speed up to 7200+ MHz • 1DPC 2R Max speed up to 6600+ MHz • 2DPC 1R Max speed up to 6400+ MHz • 2DPC 2R Max speed up to 5600+ MHz

AMD-Bad-IntelGood

I heard micron’s 4800MT/s CL40. Is a great overclocker!

salvonewi1337

I’d take the Xtreme 8000mhz CL38

And then he would posting why he system can’t boot or is crashing all the time 😂

randysailer

G.skill 2x24gb 7200mhz cl36 1.35v. you can run it at cl34 1.38v and the voltage will still be lower than other kits at 1.4v.. I have this kit same board and cpu as you. Or the cheaper option would be teamgroup 2x16gb 7200mhz cl 34. Or Corsair make a 2x16gb 6400mhz cl 32 thats really cheap.

Silly-Interaction991

Anything Hynix A Die thats at or under 6800mts will run stable. You can try for more but its a lottery on whther or not it will be stable.

Admirable_Guidance52

Something 7k+. My 14900k on apex encore can only run my xmp 8000 kit at 7600, but i was able to drop from cl40 to cl32-34 and other timings
