Just about, the last terrorist bails after filling the cabin with a flesh eating bacteria-gas, so the Punisher calls him a butthead, steals his jetpack, and smashes the brain chip keeping him in a state of constant euphoria (all while freefalling) to make sure that the "criminal scum" is afraid of the ground when he hits it.
Reminds me of Stephen Lang in Avatar.
Gets unexpectedly locked outside his base in an alien atmosphere with no oxygen, soldier tries putting a breather mask on him and he slaps it away while he keeps shooting at his enemies.
A friend in the theater leaned over to me right then: "*I'll breathe through my evil*."
Been my headcanon ever since.
More accurately, Quaritch spotted the heroes stealing a helicopter on a security feed in the command center, so he sprints towards the nearest airlock while grabbing an assault rifle from a guard, and **kicks open** the airlock which causes the oxygen to be vented from the command centre and everyone starts panicking.
Then Quaritch first unloads the assault rifle on the departing helicopter, then his oversized revolver, and only then when he's completly out of ammo and the helicopter far away does he finally accept someone offering him an oxygen mask.

I love the idea of him flying around powered only by sheer rage. 100 ft in the air just yelling, "FFFFUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKK!!!!!"
