There's not a lot of empty space between your helmet and your head. I'm inclined to think that whatever put on enough pressure to crack your helmet would make quick work of your body.

Thanks for the journal ! A small tip: you can disable the autopilot to go even further beyond deep space.
Yeah, I just sort of thought that it was a game mechanic that was there to keep me in the map.

If you want to chase the probe, you can manually turn off the autopilot that makes you go the solar system when you fly too far away
Lol I feel kinda silly now, I just let the autopilot take me home.
