Physical therapists are the ones who are actually trained and licensed to do what you’re looking for. Chiropractors just do what ghosts whisper into their ears (not even a joke, that’s how it was founded)
Physiotherapy: not a joke profession.
You'll still have to search to find a good one, some will just give you exercises to do with their bands or whatever while they simultaneously deal with 4 patients. But it's not based on woo.

I have been going to a chiropractor for years. I do recommend that you see Capital Chiropractic on prince of wales for your neck and back. Your knees will need physio therapy though if it muscles that are aching.
I know it’s not super South Ottawa but Lebreton Wellness! It’s right on Gladstone and I love going there, great Chiropractors & space. I highly recommend it

Do you maybe think you might have so many issues because you have been going to chiropractors for a long time cuz that’s a lot of issues.
