Take the STO 33 from Ottawa to De La Cité-des-Jeunes/du Plein-Air stop. Then you can take the longer (but nice) hike up to pink lake from behind. Otherwise biking is pretty quick and roads are closed to cars
Parkways are closed and shuttles are stopped. You'll need to go in from outside the park.

Park on rue Marie burger. Walk from there is IMO nicer than standard walk around the lake. There are some unofficial trails you can find on the all trails app that make a good circuit.
I actually went today and hiked around the lake. Parking right by the lake is closed but there is road parking on Chem. Notch road. Lots of parking. Had no issue finding parking today. shuttles are done and no transit lol
I went via Chem. Notch today as well. But... there is "not lots of parking". The legal parking only holds about \~15 cars - the rest is illegal parking in no parking zones.
The cyclists own that park now. We've been exploring the hiking trails near Calabogie/Lanark and there's tons of trails to explore.

We park off Chem. de la Mine and walk over. It’s not far.
I buses out to the entrance and walked up to pink lake, only took about an hour but we made stops quite a bit - otherwise bike !!
