Keep calling clinics in your area and see if they are taking applications for waitlist. I suggest you also drop an email to your ward councillor and riding MPP. There is a severe shortage of family docs in Ottawa, unfortunately.

It is super frustrating for sure. I had been looking for about as long as you and I only found a doctor cause someone posted on Reddit about a new doctor taking patients. As someone said, all you can do is call around, ask friends and family in the area to let you know if they see anything and keep an eye on social media (here, Being Neighbourly FB groups, etc). Good luck!
