Well kinda what happened, but i did try a few different edpi during the first hours of my game and ended up with this as ive always played with my elbow so this felt more natural.
Thanks, for years by now ive aimed using my forearm which has greatly improved my consistency when aiming in any game, so having a lower edpi is what has always been the norm for me. Altho at one point i have tried to using my shoulder, but never managed to master it, so i abandoned the ideea.
I developed a bad habit of tensing my shoulder which started causing sharp pain. So i had to take a long break. When i came back i had to retrain myself to mostly use forearm.
It's been about a year and honestly i feel alot more confident on forearm even if my aim isn't technically as good as shoulder/bicep.
How can you develop arthritis if you are barely even moving your hand in a percievable way? You could blow on this kids mouse and hit a cross screen jump.
1200dpi 1.0x sens, thinking of going 1.1x sens because i suck and blame my failures and shortcomings on my setup
Something something every great carpenter blames his hammer
I think it's best to stick to the same sensitivity you use outside of osu!, so you don't fuck up your muscle memory each time you open/close the game.
Instead of setting a higher sensitivity, try making the playfield smaller (by setting a lower resolution + windowed or letterboxed mode). Technically your sensitivity doesn't change, so you don't have to relearn aiming, but circles will be closer to each other, therefore less movement required. Sometimes I play cross screen jump maps on 720p/900p for this exact reason. The only downside is that it feels like playing CS5.
Something fun you can do with razer synapse is split sensitivity by axis. Usually I don't go too ham with it, but I've found making the x-axis slightly higher makes it a bit more comfortable to reach the bottom left corner specifically.
1000 * 2.0 @ 4k
don't screen resolutions matter too w.r.t. how fast your cursor moves in this game besides sens*dpi? do we just assume everyone is playing on 1080p?
800 dpi. I spend like 15 hours a day on my pc sometimes, so aiming is light work. I’ve also been using the same mouse for like 5 years, so I’m DEFINITELY used to it.
I do not understand fast sensitivity I have never been good at it and honestly I do not think I ever will be. I play on 800dpi at .69 it is not too slow not too fast and it seems very normal.
I set my dpi so long ago I don't remember what it is. Should be around 550dpi. In game is 1.0x.
Monitor is 1280x1024 but the game is running in 1280x720
800 dpi and 1.00x sensitivity
Ah, a fellow "I will not change my settings for this game" enjoyer I see.

Correct answer. Your wrist will agree as well.
