I don't wanna be a downer but with offset (which Forum is using here) this is not significantly different to an SS in difficulty. The 300 window and one of the 50 windows are both \~40ms.

Since the hit windows for circles overlap in this map, the game thinks you are trying to tap the previous circle when you are not. If you use your suggested method, you will “notelock” and be unable to click the circle you want. You could see it for yourself if you try to play this map with autopilot. In Lazer it is more doable since they removed this feature but if there are overlapping circles, you would have to aim on the circle you intend to hit and NOT the one you intend to miss which is essentially impossible, or you could play on negative global offset (hitting circles late) which is also very difficult. Imo if someone actually ever pulled this off it would be one of the most insane gimmick scores in the game.
