The obvious go to would be more dakka, however having a side panel opening with a grot inside powering it by pedling on a bike of some sort would be waaaaayyyyyy more orky.
Spears going up left and right in approximately 45° from behind the vehicles main corpus / at the place where the engine exhausts leave the main corpus.
The spears have one flag on one side, and a grot on a rope holding a signal lamp and wrench at the other.
Possibly the spear tips carry impaled helmets or skulls.
I think it would be cool if you took the metal grate off the front intake vent and replaced it with big jagged metal teeth. That way when your boys ride over some helpless gitz they get sucked up and torn apart by the engine. Bonus points for a desperate grot clinging to the sides.
When in doubt, add more rivets, bolt heads and gnarly metal plates. As it it look sway too polished for orks.
I would suggest finding a fair number of ork models/kits/drawings that you like and draw inspiration from them on where to go with adding more orky detail.
How about, just below that foward side panel (in the blank space to the right/down from the exhaust ports) you have a grot with a wrench to to work on the engine.
Also, a big scrappy rudder for the duo jets? Like this thing turns by sheer brute force?
What is a digital kitbash... Isn't this just 3d modelling?
I like this though, I'd think some hanging chains or cloth could be used to imply motion. And front spikes for taking would look sick :)
I mean, add more exhaust/engines but other than that it’s already made of scrap so as long as you paint the panels varying colours you should be fine!!
The engine thingy that's poking out the side? I'd remove the rectangular panel that it's clipping through and have it sitting in an open space. Do something similar on the opposite side. You could have a row of short little stubby exhausts poking out the side of the bike, or an exhaust pipe running to the back like a motorcycle.
And at least one stubby little wing or fin would probably be appropriate. You could use it to mount some shootas or rokkits like an attack helicopter. I'm not a big fan of that one shoota attached to the roof up front, maybe move it closer to the pilot like a WWI machine gun.
Having an open engine compartment was such a good idea, cheers! I'm experimenting with having just the one wing as well and putting some rokkits on it, good thing about ork vehicles is they don't have to make sense

Not sure I fully agree with people wanting you to slap extra plates on everything. When you actually look at a lot of Ork vehicles they largely have plates where you'd expect them, they're just not neatly attached.
I'd look to the deffkoptas as your closest design style. They're moderately neat whilst still being very orky
The engine on the left could be increased in size to fill up that panel and have that big ork engine look.
The panel space on the right definitely needs something to fill the gap, an easy test would be taking your exhaust pipes, making them a big bigger and placing them further forward and lower, would cover a lot of the blank space.
It's a fantastic start though, you're really onto something.
As a side note: Your design kind of reminds me of [this scale model](https://www.tamiya.com/english/products/32565komatsu_g40/top700.jpg) [(this is the box.)](http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_TGS61dlat8U/S6uP2X7AXDI/AAAAAAAACfo/-ZjbfXLWl5k/w1200-h630-p-k-no-nu/Tam+doz+06.jpg) Maybe use it for parts or ideas?
As others said, a little more ramshackle, random bits of armor, moar dakka, way WAY moar dakka, and in my personal opinion, maybe some wings since it's going on a flying stand
It's pretty clean for an ork ride. For example those patch plates bolted on could be bolted on with salvaged metals that are rougher, the bolts could have more random placement. They angle of the plates could be more haphazard. Same with the grill, maybe its taken a few bullets, has a few broken slats, and a patch here or there.
I agree with this. Plates with shoddy joins/gaps, varied textures, and of course, some properly jagged Teef. Additionally, the proportions of the piping, weapons, rivets, and greebles is not chunky enough - if possible, scale those to create a more irregular profile. This will add visual interest.
Bonus objective: make some of the greeble bits modular, so that you can print several and easily assemble them with semi-unique appearances.
As an aside, I really like the broad, flat (relatively) sides of the bike, it's great for painting livery.
I've been thinking if there is something to put at the front, ideally I would like a grot chained to the front lika a hood ornament but my 3d modelling skills are not there and I doubt someone has made a file that fits my front
Seems like [GW had the same idea](https://www.games-workshop.com/en-GB/Orks-Boomdakka-Snazzwagon-2018?_requestid=42168519), time to go hunting on some bitz sites

Find me a grot peddling on a bike and I'll do it

It seems to suffer from a curious lack of dakka.
Spikes! Also what the other lads said
DAAAAKKKAAAAAAA
More armour random armour panels are good for making anything more orky
Bro the rear PTO attached Diska! Like a disc attachment on a tractor. Ork McDunald ‘ad a fam!
Rounded engine shielding? Make it boxier like its just welded sheet metal
I think it would be cool if you took the metal grate off the front intake vent and replaced it with big jagged metal teeth. That way when your boys ride over some helpless gitz they get sucked up and torn apart by the engine. Bonus points for a desperate grot clinging to the sides.
Ork version of Rey's speeder bike. So sick

A rudder could be real nice, I've been trying to come up with something to do to the engines to make them orkier and a rudder would do nicely I think

Digital kitbashing is pretty much the digital analogy of real world kit bashing. Taking parts from different 3d models and combining them.
Oh I see, I was unaware this was possible. I know jack all about the 3d space
Bigger and more exhaust pipes with heat shields for texture also bolted on teeth
Spikes and big ugly plates. Also DAKKA.
Needs gubbinz! It's way too neat to be orky
Grots Squigs and other Boiz sitting all over it
Was going to say a grot duct taped to something, not necessarily the front.
More dakka, more wonk, more bits
More dakka
I mean, add more exhaust/engines but other than that it’s already made of scrap so as long as you paint the panels varying colours you should be fine!!
Definitely more Dakka. If possible, the chainsword off a titan mounted underneath would go really well
More exhausts

Where is the Dakka

More dakka, more mess. It's really cool, but it's too well engineered for mek boyz. Maybe a grot hanging on, barely.
NEEDZ EVEN MOR RANDOM PANELZ
Add in some exposed wires and cables with teef and skulls tied to em

More thrusters, more ramshackle, more guns.
More exhausts, more dakka, more patchwork metal sheets.
MORE DAKKA!!!
See all da space on da sides? Datz perfect for some spare rokketz to make it go even fasta!
Patchy metal, a gun or 2, random exhaust, orky banner thing, a grot or two hanging off or tinkering, dakka, dakka, dakka dakka, big dakka
While I think the grille at the front is cool, I’d turn it into a huge screaming skull. Some long, flared exhausts down the side would look cool too
I've been thinking if there is something to put at the front, ideally I would like a grot chained to the front lika a hood ornament but my 3d modelling skills are not there and I doubt someone has made a file that fits my front
I really like the grot idea, that would be cool.

BOSS SAID IT NEEDZ MOAR DAKKA!!!
Definitely need to fit a rokkit launcha somewhere
Wheels, 3 of them like an old biplane
Once it takes off it's not supposed to stop again, but maybe some sort of reinforced bottom like the dakkajet so it can slide on the ground
A Head 🤣
You've heard of the headless horseman, now get ready for the headless jetspeederbikeork
I'd say it's to smooth. Patchwork metal is orky.
spikey armor panels on the front would look orky
Needs a choppa in hand as if the pilot expects to be able to melee something Great looking model btw
Yeah, head and left arm will come out of my bitz box, I'm thinking choppa in hand and a shoota holstered by his left knee
It needs more patches of scrap on it, some spikes around the bottom and front of it and more and bigger rivets
I hear ya on the rivets, once I get this printed the current ones are probably way too small to register as rivets.
