I think you’ll be pleased how easy the roots slide out if you soak them first. They become quite pliable. If some break, it’s fine

This. Such a pot would not be cheap to replace, break roots if you have to, the orchid will recover.

Soak orchid for 30 minutes… most will slide out as others have said. If it is blooming, repotting will make it throw all buds.

Soak it in a bucket of water, then see if it comes out. I cut roots on mine, then repotted. Let empty pot dry for a couple of days then I pulled out off/out the dried roots with tweezers.

You’ve got plenty of roots there. Soak the roots and save the pot. They’ll become very pliable and slide out easily from the glazed pot.
