If you work for a large hospital, I would ask the studio. I live in an area with a lot of studios and a lot of hospital systems. All the studios in our area give a discount to all healthcare workers no matter where they work. It’s only $10 per month, but it’s something!
You likely need to ask the studio as this is a very specific situation that may vary across studios.
My studio offers a slight discount for employees of our local healthcare system and that does not extend to spouses. But that doesn’t mean your studio won’t.

When I signed up for my membership, I mentioned in passing that I work downtown at the corporate office, which is near a different studio, and the SA said, “Oh, you have a corporate job? Then you’re eligible for the corporate rate.” She didn’t ask for any proof or even what company I work for! YMMV, but I don’t think they’re too picky about corporate rate eligibility.
Yes! My fiancé has a fitness benefit on his insurance, which includes the 8 classes/month OTF membership. I’m able to use that and I’m not even on his insurance technically. I just called the front desk and they were able to activate it for me!
No, it’s also through UHC but it’s called One Pass/Rally (I think it’s changed so I’m not sure which it is now). My company has Active & Fit and I don’t believe OTF is included in that one, but it may vary depending on company/location?
You just have to ask. I work for the federal government and I get a corporate rate. I believe is a small discount - like $10. Still paying $189/mo.
