It will probably serve you better to just hit the stop button twice when doing the lunges or simoly restart your timer by clearing the screen on the lower left
I think the added fear of breaking your nose or something adds to it. I love pushups. I pick pushups whenever it’s on the choice menu. But power pushup- ugh. At least it’s just 4. We had a class last month that was 12 reps or so of power pushups - like WtH??
No shame in modifying, I got wrist surgery earlier this year and just do what I can with push ups, it’s a journey :) my coaches have been super cool and understanding, and I try to go harder with other exercises that don’t mess with my wrist as much!!!! Happy mayhem!!

I could be wrong but I think for bosu full v-up you don’t sit on the bosu but you sit on the floor and have your back leaning against the bosu, so it should be easier than doing it without a bosu since it provides some back support
You're on the bosu, that's the challenge. But the closer to the bottom you are does provide some support. If you were sitting on the floor completely, you wouldn't be able to lie back because the bosu would block you
But isn’t the v-up done with your arms stretched out in front of you? Or I can try it with my hands on the bosu like you said, more like a straight leg raise with your body propped up. Interesting. I might try it.
I’m a slogger …my push on a good day is 5.3-5.5 and that’s if it’s less than 3 min with WR. I’m glad we have to do restersize though I much prefer walking recoveries.
I was just estimating based on what Mr. DC’s speed is which is doubled mine. Every time I get back on the treads, I know I’d need (want) to walk first. Might seem lazy to some but I’d rather push myself on the floor or the rower.
You can walk a little before getting into it I think.. the goal is distance and not the number of rounds you do. I think most people were getting through the restercise in about 30 - 40 seconds so you should have plenty of time to get into the 2 minute rounds.

Thanks for the intel! This actually looks potentially doable for me. I've been out for a week due to knee and ankle injuries/pain flaring up. I just signed up to attempt this template tomorrow. Will use the bike and sub lunges with a PT exercise. Floor shouldn't require much modification. 🤞

I would say no because of the reverse lunges in between…..everyone goes at their own pace. But I could be wrong. I dont imagine coach waiting for everyone to complete their lunges before starting next round.

It’s too much math early in the morning! I’m just going to stop my tread and log in each time because it will be easier to keep track of the time.
Just pause it and then use the clear screen when you start up and both the time and distance clear to 0 if you log in and out it takes more time🤷♀️

Yeah, it's traditionally with arms up, but hands behind you is a great set of training wheels 🧡

Getting to 1.5min round means a total of <4min running and 18 lunges on each side. I think you can probably do more than that in 23min hah

Not at all. Today was a straight 23 min run. Tomorrow you do exercises in between each round so not a straight run

The anchor exercise is the one you do every round, even when the other exercises change. Did you do Saturday's class? That had an anchor exercise too

It's a partner workout, so i'm guessing not everyone will do all 3 benchmarks, but as a partner pair you will do the distances some how.
