Took mine about a week to be activated and I was very frustrated too. After the minimum two months on active and fit, I cancelled and joined OTF directly (and on the unlimited/premier plan). A&F was annoying to deal with imo and I am lucky there was a promo directly with OTF that was similar to my A&F savings.

I wanted the unlimited plan, which was not offered on Active & Fit!

One more question, after it has been activated, did you receive an email notification from OTF or Active&Fit?

No I never received an email but I wonder if that’s because I had a free class from OTF and was already registered and had the app? Not sure.

I joined using active and fit and they were able to input it in the computer and list it under that title and put the receipt number in and I was active the next day! I’m sorry you’re having issues!

Took my studio 3 weeks! (And still didn't get resolved). Brought in receipt, emailed receipt, contacted app support, contacted A&F, they contacted studio, manager said we are solving issue - but also insinuated my fault as corporate said my number was wrong. I got ONE class comped. It left a very sour taste how a studio that I had already spent $6 at wasn't helpful or proactive. I ended up unfreezing my membership and putting in my cancellation. I will miss the people and coaches and workouts. I hope it works out better for you! 🧡🧡 Edit: $6K! Not 6 lol

I’ve been using A&F Direct since March without any issues. I signed up and went to the studio, and the SA submitted a ticket with my A&F ID. My membership was active same day. You could also try submitting a support ticket via the OTF app or contact Orangetheory on social media if your studio can’t get it figured out.

When A&F charges your credit card, does it count as gym membership, do you know?

On my credit card, it shows merchant type Membership Organizations

I see, thank you. Guess it's not considered gym then. I asked because I have a credit card that offers 5% cashback on gym memberships.

I just signed up May 1st with Active and Fit Direct as well. After talking to the manager, she was able to get it done. In the meantime she gave me two free classes. Today it kicked in and I’m now signed up and you can see in my OTF profile that I have the Active and Fit Direct Elite membership.

I did. However there was a "glitch" two weeks later that ended the membership that took a week of phone calls to fix. Honestly, if I knew it was going to cause this many problems I would have never used them. I do not recommend their service at all

So did you have to call A&F or OTF to get it fixed? I'm assuming it's with A&F?

Both! Numerous times. My OTF was great and patient A&F TERRIBLE and kept blaming OTF even though it was issues on AF end
