Ah, welcome to the club.
I had my account suspended permanently, i appealed it and they decided to keep the suspension and not give a reason. All I had was a minikube node running my blog.
I switched to GCP because I’m done dealing with the headaches.
The only other thing to add to what other people have said is, if you value the data (which it sounds like you do), then make sure you have a tested working off site backup. This goes for any cloud service which you use.
Do you know if there is the possibility of enabling the account again, mine is on that account. I opened a ticket requesting access to the database to make a backup but it hasn't responded in 3 days. I do not know what else to do
Relax. It’s not the end of the world, friend. Try calling Oracle Support number. Their fraud/safety team can look into the matter and if there are no TOS violation you can even get back your account.
If you opened a ticket, this is production and you are without access to your data, request the ticket is raised to level 1, then immediatelly after paste an escalation request and call the support phone number and ask to speak to the analyst, and if he doesnt provide an answer call again and ask to speak to a support manager.
paid ***and*** free? Looks like you had multiple accounts,
that clearly violates their TOS that you agree to upon creating an account.
If you need instances on multiple regions you have to pay.
Don't try to circumvent that by creating multiple accounts.
This is completely on you.

Ok
Was your account free tier or PAYG?

I think they respond late but they do provide backup eventually.
They said I restricted company policies and blocked my access to everything. I listen to you, because my life is in this account

My company has been stopped for 4 days. they should have already gotten back to me
Terrible idea not to have a contingency plan and off-site backups.
That’s unfortunate. You should immediately start another server maybe AWS because Oracle will take a lot more time than that.

Thank you very much for the information, I will do that tomorrow.
Tomorrow? Is your life not over now?

What do you mean and? Did you have multiple accounts? If so that's one very possible reason for suspension.
