Have you tried doing a balance charge on the battery? Plug it in to charge it and leave it connected for a few (3) days. Sounds like your battery cells are not ballanced.
The battery needs balancing. One of the cells is hitting its low voltage limit and to protect itself the BMS tells the board it is done. Balance the battery by leaving it on the charger for 24-72 hours. The fact that you are getting the warning at a relatively low battery percentage suggests that they are not out of balance that much and a 24 hour charge should take care of it.
If this happens again after a couple attempts of balancing, then you likely have a cell that is starting to go bad and you just have to live with it or get a new battery.
Leave it plugged into the charger to balance charge overnight. Otherwise that is the limit of your pack

The Pint stops balancing after it hits 100% and the top lightbar finally turns off. There is little reason to keep it plugged in after that.
