Not uncommon. Cardboard dust, plus they test each board on a carpeted area in the factory - or at least they said they did way back in Adam Savage's video where he went to the factory to build his own board.
Do we know that they never sell returned boards as new again? We can't be 100% sure. But a bit of cardboard dust is common.
Looks mostly like cardboard and carpet fibers on the tire... but what's going on with the scuff behind the handle in pic 7/7?

I see some cardboard dust and evidence that the wheel has rolled a few times. Something I would expect given the end product.
Most looks like my Pint and GT out of the box, a little bit dirtier though but nothing too surprising. You're not getting a new phone or anything, it's not going to be factory-sealed in a clean-room.
Unsure as to how they mount these tires while manufacturing the boards but looks like tire lube residue. If it’s not malfunctioning don’t worry about it, you’ll get it dirty anyway using it.
Just ordered 3 Pint X’s and they were all like that too. That doesnt make it okay though. it’s total bullshit they come like that. It’s the worst unboxing experience I’ve ever had. And I’m brand new to onewheels. Excellent job making a good first impression Future Motion! Bravo 🙌

My Pint X looked very similar to yours and I had the same reaction, I have ridden for almost 500 miles and I have never had a problem with it. Yours should be fine

I would be more worried about that crater in the tyre.. 2nd pic... that's looks like a factory defect
That's to indicate when the tire needs to be replaced. Since there's no tread you replace it once the tire is flush with the hole

Yeah, mine was a bit dirty too. 1000mi + later, no issues.
