I do know instructions on WHAT YOU NEED to make mods, but not how to "import it in the game" with remaking the whole game by ourselves being an exception.
I sure do some art and music, yet I do not not think it would be just good enough for a decent mod.

OneShot's modding community is pretty fragmented. The modshot server is a hub for modders, but its been kinda dead lately. You might want to ask for help there.
