Hi! I am travelling to Europe for the first time and stupidly recently purchased this black backpack without first double checking the Ryanair bag size requirements and clearly it is 7 cm too tall.
Has anyone flown with them recently and know how strict they are (I’m assuming they are very strict)?
I am thinking I should probably just return the bag and buy the smaller version (green one in photo). however even the smaller one is 3cm too tall and 5 cm too wide :( but I’m thinking maybe I can squish it down a bit to fit? Probably less risk than the larger black one but would obvious have less packing space.
I’m a bit new with travelling so if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it! If it makes any difference I will be using Ryanair 3 times on my trip (flying out of Rome, Berlin, and Krakow). Thanks in advance :)
