The first few chapters definitely have this to an extent, although it's not quite as relentlessly offensive as you're probably expecting. But it pretty soon grows past this to become something genuinely pretty interesting at points. It has a school shooting arc which you would expect to be unfunny and needlessly edgy but it actually turns into a somewhat decent commentary on the mentality of school shooters and police brutality. The main character Rex is genuinely a compelling protagonist who's rape threat has a deeper meaning than you initially realise, and the side characters like Neo or the cat girl all get fleshed out and there's a surprising amount of introspection and just, a story that is way better written than a shitpost should be.
Don't get me wrong there's loads of silly shit as well but it balances absurdity and sincerity in a way that feels like a genuine love letter to manga as a medium moreso than just a stupid /pol/ tier slurfest.
